Any tips on how often this needs to be done? If a packed dirt pad vs. concrete pad has any effect on how often? I’m at 8.6 years right now and wondering if I should start saving up to do it in the next 18 months. If your home is on a pad and there are no signs you may be fine. I would buy a water line or have an installer come out for a free estimate and see what his water line shows.
